Shabani "foul?" from the a previous curation. It appears that he is asking if Lui is spending too much time on the science GIFs and/or glowing orbs. In 2020, those who study science are commended and admired. Perhaps it'll change in the future but for the time being, it is not a "foul" to spend too much time studying science or even glowing blue orbs, it is recommended. 

Mountain gorillas in Africa respond to Shabani's inquiry when they search in their forest treasure chest..

Lui hasn't discovered anything new and he appears to be studying science. "Old news, nothing to see here." Though it is possible to spend too much time studying science and/or on glowing orbs, Lui hasn't reached that point yet.
